How Dwayo Technologies LLP ("Dwayo AI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to dwayo.ai and clients we work with.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Overview

This policy covers the information we collect through dwayo.ai and in the course of scoping and delivering engineering work for clients. We collect the minimum we need to respond to inquiries, run the site, and deliver projects — we do not sell personal data.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

How we use information

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, scheduling, analytics) under their own confidentiality and security terms, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and meet legal/accounting requirements, and delete or anonymize it afterward unless you ask us to retain it for ongoing contact.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies & analytics

dwayo.ai uses minimal cookies/local storage strictly needed for the site to function and for basic, aggregated analytics. We don't use cookies for cross-site ad tracking.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and at rest, in line with the standards described on our Trust & Safety page. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable law change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
